Client Work and Deliverables:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in project agreements

• Jawareer retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

• Source files, development tools, and proprietary methodologies remain Jawareer property

• Third-party licenses and stock assets are subject to their respective terms

User-Generated Content:

By submitting content to our website (comments, reviews, testimonials), you grant Jawareer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for business purposes.

Service Availability:

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Termination by User:

Termination by Jawareer:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Non-payment of fees

• Abusive or harmful behavior toward our team

Effect of Termination:

• Outstanding payments become immediately due

• Access to services and deliverables may be suspended

• Completed work up to termination point will be billed

• Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally

2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation

3. Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Amman, Jordan

Limitation Period:

Any claim or cause of action arising from our services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jawareer.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver:

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment:

You may not assign or transfer these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions.
